Business Process Analyst (m/f)

Currently, for one of our clients, from the automation, robotics and energy industry, manufacturer of power stations and systems, automation systems, electrical equipment, high, medium and low voltage distribution equipment, industrial robots, electric motors, transformers and others, we are looking for: Business Process Analyst - Project Manager Process Automation Product Control Platform Online Transformation with Marketing Communications Skills (m/f) – remote position.

Your Tasks

  • project management of the control systems web site migration in line with Online Transformation,
  • project planning: clarify scope, goals, and deliverables along with creating detailed project plans and timelines,
  • coordination: full responsibility of the coordination between the AOT team and the PCP organization. Managing and coordinating the PCP project team, including Product Marketing Communications Managers, Product Marketing Managers and other stakeholders,
  • resource management: allocating resources effectively, ensuring the team has the necessary tools and support,
  • project communication: acting as the main point of contact for the PCP organization in the AOT program, providing updates, gathering requirements, and managing expectations,
  • progress tracking: monitoring project progress, adjusting plans as needed, and ensuring milestones are met,
  • documentation: maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and project plans.

Your Qualifications

Requirements:

  • minimum qualification – BSc/BA/B.Tech in Computer Science, Digital Communication or Marketing Communications,
  • 3 years’ experience in project management from creative marketing agency,
  • proven collaborator and technology driven,
  • proficient in Microsoft Project,
  • deep understanding of content structures and communications practices,
  • fluency in English (written and spoken).


Competencies:

  • successful track record with project management and extensive experience working with the creative marketing communications teams and technical experts of web-based solutions,
  • exceptional communication skills; clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Strong listening skills and the ability to convey complex information simply,
  • excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously as well as time management skills to ensure deadlines are met,
  • analytical skills; ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions,
  • ability to drive projects forward in complex matrix environments,
  • good to have the knowledge CMS based enterprise-level websites and digital marketing practices like SEO, site structuring, user persona and journey mapping, understanding of website design templates etc.
