Currently, for one of our clients – a leading global software company dedicated to the world of computer aided design, 3D modeling and simulation helping innovative global manufacturers design better products in a short time, with the resources of a large company, and the energy of a software start-up – we are looking for people to work 100% remotely and fill the position: Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist (m/f).

Your Tasks

We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our demand generation initiatives through strategic social media marketing.

In this role, you'll develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and establish thought leadership. Working with our global teams, you'll manage substantial advertising budgets while optimizing campaign performance across key social platforms. Essential Functions:

  • developing and executing comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives and demand generation goals, managing monthly ad spend budgets of $20k+,
  • leading end-to-end campaign management across social platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads), including audience targeting, content optimization, and performance tracking,
  • driving continuous improvement through A/B and multivariate testing, optimizing for key metrics such as cost per lead and conversion rates,
  • collaborating with content teams to create compelling social media assets that resonate with target audiences throughout the buyer's journey,
  • partnering with multi-functional demand generation teams to integrate social media initiatives into broader marketing campaigns,
  • monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders,
  • utilizing social media advertising platforms to execute targeted campaigns while optimizing performance based on testing results,
  • working with analytics teams to develop and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators and ROI.

Your Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, 
  • minimum 4+ years of experience in social media marketing, with proven success in B2B SaaS demand generation,
  • demonstrated expertise in social media advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager and Meta Ads,
  • proficiency in social media management tools, e.g. Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite,
  • expertise in data analysis and social performance optimization,
  • expertise in budget management and ROI tracking,
  • basic proficiency with project management tools, e.g. Wrike, Jira, as well as intent data platforms, e.g. Bombora, DemandBase,
  • experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio will be a plus. 


Skills and Competencies:


  • strategic thinking with strong analytical and execution capabilities,
  • excellence in cross-functional collaboration and communication to develop strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and productivity, 
  • deep understanding of B2B buyer journey and inbound marketing principles,
  • proven track record in running successful marketing tests and optimization programs,
  • strong data interpretation and visualization skills,
  • ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment,
  • strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, 
  • strong process orientation: able to analyze requests, determine the scope, research options, recommend a solution, execute and measure project success.
