Customer Support Specialist with Czech or Slovak (m/f)

Currently, for our client (car industry), we are looking for people for the position Customer Support Specialist with Czech or Slovak (m/f).
Twoje zadania
Tasks:
- administration of financial contracts for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets,
- customer care and contract management for Czech Republic and Slovakia markets,
- provision of support and consultation for potential Customer during offering and application process,
- active contribution to the operational functioning and performance of the Operation Department dedicated to Czech and Slovak market,
- co-creation and development of processes of the Operation Department.
Twoje kwalifikacje
Requirements:
- fluency or native proficiency in Czech and/or Slovak – speaking and writing,
- business experience in collection or customer service,
- problem solving and continuous improvement skills,
- strong customer and process orientation,
- good knowledge of English – both verbal and written.
