What does the visa process look like
1. Initial consultation and verification
We conduct an initial verification of the application, present job offers, and the optimal solution for obtaining a visa.
2. Analysis of documents
We analyze the documents and the availability of the consulate. We provide information on visa application options and necessary documents.
3. Contract
We sign a contract for the service of obtaining a visa. You pay an advance for the provision of the service.
4. Work permit
After signing the contract and selecting a job offer, you send us a copy of your passport to obtain a work permit. Waiting time for the permit is approximately 6-8 weeks.
5. Questionnaire
We send you the questionnaire to fill in all the necessary data for registering your visa application at the Polish embassy in your country of origin.
6. Registration of your application
We enter the data according to the completed questionnaire and register your application with the Polish embassy department.
7. Drawing
The draw system will assign a free date and indicate a possible document submission date.
8. Visa documents
We will send you information on the necessary documents for your visa application and provide you with the date, time, and location of your visa application.
9. Visit the embassy
We will coordinate the embassy visit, remind you to bring the relevant documents, about the date, and to pay the consular fee before the visit. During the visit, the Consul will confirm the payment of the fee and the documents' collection date.
