Marketing Data Analyst (m/f)

Description:

• gather and analyze business requirements related to marketing automation and customer data management,
• design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP to meet business objectives,
• lead configurations of salesforce marketing cloud the platform development together with development team,
• configure and customize marketing automation workflows, journeys, and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud,
• develop and maintain integrations for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP to ensure data consistency and accuracy,
• collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation,
• provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP functionalities,
• lead UATs of the salesforce marketing cloud capabilities.

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field,
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Marketing Automation Platform and Customer Data Platform,
• proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions,
• hands-on experience with CDP implementation, including data layer configuration, audience segmentation, and event tracking,
• strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
• salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data platform technical expertise are must,
• tealium CDP expertise is a plus.
