Currently, for one of our clients, we are looking for people to fill the position HR Manager (m/f).

Twoje zadania

Your tasks:

develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy,
lead and manage the HR team to ensure high performance and effective HR service delivery,
advise and support senior management on HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies,
oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent,
develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization,
manage employee performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on career development and succession planning,
foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner,
implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as addressing any legal issues that arise,
design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support the company’s objectives,
conduct regular salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the labor market,
develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,
promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization,
oversee HR metrics and analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making,
ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation,
manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.

Twoje kwalifikacje

Our requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred),
minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role,
proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success,
strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations,
excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,
ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion,
proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
