Among other things, we are involved in consulting projects related to the diagnosis of competencies (AC/DC) or projects supporting the process of employees leaving the company (outplacement). We are well acquainted with issues of legalization of stay and work of foreign employees. We develop and implement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) projects.

We work for manufacturing and service companies in a variety of industries - automotive, electronics, transportation and logistics, supply chain, food, e-commerce, advanced business services and IT. We recruit workers, engineers, professionals and managers at all levels. We currently employ over five thousand temporary workers.

We have a total of more than 35 branch offices located all over Poland. Due to the concentration of production plants, most of our offices are located in the south, in the Lower Silesia and Silesia provinces. We employ more than 150 internal employees responsible for recruitment and human resources in branch offices and support departments in Warsaw and Skierniewice (Finance, Accounting, HR and Payroll, Marketing, HR, IT and Administration). My several years at Trenkwalder have been a time of great change, development and learning. I started from an entry-level position as an assistant and now manage a department where we are settling several thousand employees and more than 200 customers every month.
