The interview is a first opportunity to get to know you, find out more about you, your motivation and interests, look for suitable opportunities together and find your perfect match. Your preparation for the interview depends entirely on the position you have applied for in our company. For example, you should find out about the profession and the tasks you are interested in.
If you are shortlisted for the advertised job, we will invite you to an interview. We are happy to conduct an initial interview by telephone or video conference. We will then ask you to come to one of our offices for the actual interview. You can present yourself there in person and receive all the information you need about the specific job. If it's not possible to meet in person, we can also organise this online e.g. via Teams.
