Currently, for one of our clients, we are looking for people to fill the position Warehouse Manager (m/f).

Twoje zadania

Your tasks:

oversee and manage kitting operations supporting assembly and other work centers,
ensure kitting accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to production,
lead the cycle count program and maintain inventory accuracy,
oversee receiving goods and ensure timely and accurate processing,
establish, document, and maintain warehouse processes and procedures,
coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve material flow issues,
maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards,
train and mentor warehouse personnel,
support a positive workplace culture aligned with company values,
perform other related duties as assigned.

Twoje kwalifikacje

Our requirements:

a high school diploma or equivalent required, additional training in warehouse operations is preferred,
at least 3 years of warehouse or material-handling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, leadership experience preferred,
strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management,
organizational skills with strong prioritization abilities,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
ability to work independently and within a team,
proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
