In general, we process data provided by you. If you have not provided us with your data, we have obtained it from our contractual partner or from a person acting on behalf of or for our contractual partner, or we have taken it from non-confidential, publicly available sources such as the website of the contractual partner of the PDC or the KRS [eng. the National Court Register] or CEiDG [eng. The Central Register and Information on Economic Activity].
Scope of personal data processing
We obtain personal data to the extent necessary to conclude and perform the contract, the most common of which are: name and surname, business e-mail address, business telephone number, place of work, and position. In relation to the parties disclosed in the contract's presentation, also PESEL number or identity card number, data concerning the conducted business activity, participation in a civil partnership or commercial law, and data disclosed in CEIDG or KRS.
PDC requires that you provide personal data to the extent necessary for the execution of the contract between us, as well as for the execution of related legal obligations. Failure to provide such data may result in a breach of the contract. For the other aspects, the provision of personal data is voluntary.
Purpose of personal data processing
Your personal data will be processed:
(a) in order to execute the contract with you or to take pre-contractual action at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - if you are a Contracting Party; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - if you are a person acting for or on behalf of a Contracting Party),
(b) for billing, accounting and financial reporting purposes (Article 6(1)( c ) and (f) GDPR),
c) in order to comply with other legal obligations (Article 6(1)( c ) GDPR),
in addition, your data will be processed in connection with the pursuit of PDC's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), that is:
d) for the determination, investigation and defence of claims, including the sale of receivables,
e) to verify the credibility of the Counterparty - i.e. to perform necessary actions in the form of a financial risk assessment prior to concluding a contract. While realizing the purpose in question, we may additionally obtain your data from business registers, business intelligence agencies and other publicly available sources. The personal data in question will relate to the payment of your obligations and your business activities. PDC's legitimate interest is the assessment of financial risks and their minimisation.
Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data may be disclosed to:
· to entities that are entitled to receive them by law;
· entities with whom PDC has concluded an agreement for the provision of maintenance services for the IT systems used in their processing;
· entities that provide support to PDC on the basis of outsourced services and in accordance with the entrustment agreements concluded;

· entities that provide document archiving services to PDC;
· entities that provide postal or courier services;

Your data will be processed for at least the duration of the contract concluded between you and PDC, and thereafter for the period required by law or until the expiry of limitation periods for contractual claims - depending on which period is longer.
With regard to the data that are processed for the purpose of verifying the reliability of the Contractor - these data will be processed for the period necessary for such an assessment, no longer than for the duration of the contract.
In relation to the processing of your data, you have the right to:
· access to your personal data and to receive a copy of your personal data;
· to rectify (correct) your personal data;
· to restrict the processing of your personal data;
· erasure of your personal data;
· transfer of your data;
· object to the processing of your personal data;
· withdraw of consent - if the data is processed on the basis of the consent given;
