Personal Data Controller
The controller of your personal data is Trenkwalder & Partner sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Skierniewice, address: ul. Gałeckiego 14, 96-100 Skierniewice (hereinafter: „PDC”).

Scope and source of personal data
The data is provided voluntarily by you, however, providing the data may be necessary in order to process your case.
We obtain personal data directly from you. If you do not correspond with us, we will obtain your data from the sender of the correspondence, who will include your data therein. As a general rule, this may include identification and contact details such as your name, surname, address, telephone number, email address and other details provided by the sender.
Purposes and grounds for processing personal data
Your personal data is processed in order to act on the correspondence you have submitted, to handle it, to reply to it and to archive it.
Furthermore, if your correspondence may involve claims, your data will also be processed for the purposes of establishing, pursuing and defending against such claims.
The above constitutes a legitimate interest of the controller, which is the basis for the processing of your data (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Depending on the type of case you bring, more information about the purposes, grounds and means of processing your data may be contained in dedicated information clauses (e.g. job candidate clause, contractor clause).
Duration of personal data processing
Your data will be processed for the time necessary to deal with the matter you have brought, to provide you with a response, and thereafter until the claims expire, or until you file a legitimate objection.
Recipients of your personal data
Your personal data may be disclosed to:
entities that are entitled to receive them by law,
entities with whom PDC has concluded an agreement for the provision of maintenance services for the IT systems used in their processing,
entities that provide support to PDC on the basis of outsourced services (such as consultancy, advisory, auditing, legal, tax, archiving services), in accordance with the entrustment agreements concluded;
entities that provide postal or courier services,
entities providing legal assistance to PDC,
entities that carry out payment activities,
to other companies of the PDC group operating on the territory of Poland, i.e.:

In relation to the processing of your data, you have the right to:
access to your personal data and to receive a copy of your personal data,
to rectify (correct) your personal data,
to restrict the processing of your personal data;
erasure of your personal data,
transfer of your data,
object to the processing of your personal data,
withdraw of consent - if the data is processed on the basis of the consent given, although the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the legality of processing carried out before its withdrawal;
file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the following address: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Profiling
Your personal data will not be used for profiling or for automated decision-making of any kind towards you.
Transfer of your data outside the EEA
As a general rule, your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter: EEA). However, having regard to the services provided by the Administrator's subcontractors upon the support for ICT services and IT infrastructure, the Administrator may outsource certain activities or IT tasks to recognised subcontractors operating outside the EEA, which may result in the transfer of your data outside the EEA.
Recipient states outside the EEA, in accordance with the decision of the European Commission, shall ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data in accordance with EEA standards. For recipients in the territory of countries not covered by the European Commission's decision, in order to ensure an adequate level of such protection, the Controller shall contract with the recipients of your personal data, based on the standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 (2)( c ) of the GDPR.

The security measures applied by the Controller for your data comply with the principles provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR. You may request further information on the applied security measures in this regard, obtain a copy of these security measures and information on where they are available.
