Scope and purpose of personal data processing

The CCTV records your image and is conducted by PDC with the purpose of protecting against claims, ensuring the safety of employees and ensuring the security of PDC's property, employees and visitors and therefore your image is processed for the same purpose, which is PDC's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). PDC's legitimate interest is to ensure the safety of its employees and to ensure the security of PDC's property, employees and visitors.

Video surveillance is carried out at two locations:

  • ul. Domaniewska 39, 02-247 Warszawa,

  • ul. Gałeckiego 14, 96-100 Skierniewice 

and includes corridors and common areas.


Recipients of your personal data

Your personal data may only be communicated to entities that are entitled to receive them by law.

In addition, PDC may make your data available to:

  •  entities with whom PDC has concluded an agreement for the provision of maintenance services for the IT systems used in their processing;

  • entities that provide support to PDC on the basis of outsourced services and in accordance with the entrustment agreements concluded.

Period of processing of personal data

Video surveillance records are stored for 3 months unless they can or will be used as evidence in proceedings conducted by a competent court or other public authority. 


Your rights

You have the right to:

  •  access to your personal data and to receive a copy of your personal data;

  •  to restrict the processing of your personal data;

  •  erasure of your personal data;

  •  object to the processing of your personal data;

  •  file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the following address: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).


Profiling

Your personal data will not be used for profiling or for automated decision-making of any kind towards you.
